Valinda Rowe is a firearms instructor and range safety officer as well as the spokesperson of Illinois Carry. Illinois Carry is an all-volunteer, non-profit organization that provides educational information about the lawful acquisition, possession, and carrying of firearms in Illinois as well as actively preserving, protecting, and advancing the Second Amendment Right to Carry for personal safety of self and others. For over twenty years, Valinda has advocated for gun ownership rights and educated her fellow citizens in the safe and responsible use of firearms.
