Sentry

During the Persian Gulf War, Mike Noell’s Seal team was on a dangerous reconnaissance mission near the southern border of Turkey. He was navigating a minefield when his pack failed. As his gear tumbled to the ground, and he narrowly missed a “bouncing betty” landmine, he vowed that if he got out alive he would make gear the right way.

It wasn’t long before Mike Noell built from scratch what became one of the largest tactical product companies in the world, Blackhawk. He sold Blackhawk, but never stopped working – he loves building top-tier tactical gear. His new company is Sentry, which designs, manufactures and distributes a growing line of innovative products supporting military, law enforcement and shooting sports markets.
